These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the jijikk platform and all services offered through jijikk.org. By registering an account or using any part of the jijikk platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Key Principles
jijikk is strictly restricted to users aged 21 years and above in the Philippines, as required under PAGCOR regulations. Registration constitutes a declaration that you meet this age requirement. Identity will be verified through KYC procedures.
Each individual may hold only one jijikk account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
jijikk operates under a PAGCOR license and is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms are construed under Philippine law, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to identity verification requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified per promotion. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that match the player's verified identity on jijikk.
Use of bots, exploits, collusion, or any system designed to gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. jijikk reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and withhold winnings from any account found to have engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:
"jijikk" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us"

"Player" / "User" / "you"
Any individual who registers an account on jijikk or uses any service available through the platform.
"Account"
The registered user account created by a Player on jijikk, including the associated wallet and session data.
"Wallet" / "Balance"
The funds held within a Player's jijikk account, including real-money balance and applicable bonus credit.
"Bonus Funds"

"KYC"

2.1 By accessing jijikk.org, creating an account, or using any service provided by jijikk in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with jijikk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the jijikk platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.
2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jijikk. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
3.1 Age Requirement. The jijikk platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines. Registration constitutes a representation by you that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. jijikk services are intended for players physically located in the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing jijikk is lawful in your jurisdiction. jijikk assumes no liability for access from jurisdictions where such access may be restricted or prohibited.
3.3 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from jijikk or from any PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform are not eligible to create or use a jijikk account during the applicable exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms and may be reported to PAGCOR.
3.4 Employees. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of jijikk, its technology providers, and its games suppliers are not eligible to hold a playing account on jijikk without prior written authorization from jijikk's compliance team.
4.1 To access real-money gaming on jijikk, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms.
4.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) active jijikk account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
4.3 KYC Verification. jijikk is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include: National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS Card, GSIS Card, and PRC ID. jijikk reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
KYC Verification Tiers
4.4 jijikk may conduct ongoing KYC checks at any time, including in connection with specific transactions or during account review procedures. Failure to cooperate with KYC requirements may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jijikk account credentials, including your username and password. jijikk will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel.
5.2 You must notify jijikk immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or reasonably suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party or that your credentials have been compromised.
5.3 All transactions completed using your account credentials are your responsibility. jijikk will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
5.4 jijikk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA is available at no cost through Account Settings and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access.
6.1 jijikk accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the jijikk Cashier section.
6.2 All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the name of the jijikk account holder. Third-party deposits — deposits from payment accounts held in a name other than the jijikk account holder — are not permitted and will result in the return of funds and a potential account review.
6.3 jijikk does not accept cash deposits. All transactions are electronic. jijikk is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment service provider in connection with deposits, although jijikk itself does not charge deposit fees for standard payment methods.
6.4 jijikk may apply transaction limits, request source-of-funds documentation, or delay crediting of deposits where required by PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations or where jijikk's internal risk systems flag a transaction for review.
7.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. jijikk reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source before processing to an alternative withdrawal method.
7.2 KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal limits applicable to your account are determined by your KYC tier. Withdrawals above your current tier limit will be held until the higher tier is completed.
7.3 jijikk targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank) — 1 to 3 business days; USDT TRC20 — within 1 hour subject to network conditions. These are targets and not guarantees; extraordinary circumstances may result in extended processing times.
7.4 jijikk reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification and source-of-funds checks in connection with withdrawal requests. This is a PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligation and applies irrespective of the player's history with the platform.
8.1 jijikk offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms — including eligible games, wagering requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts — which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
8.2 jijikk applies a standard minimum wagering requirement to all bonus funds unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirement details are displayed in the Bonus section of your jijikk account at all times.
8.3 Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment account unless otherwise stated. jijikk reserves the right to investigate and void bonuses where misuse or abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — is suspected.
8.4 jijikk reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect any bonus already credited to a player's account.
9.1 All bets placed on jijikk are subject to the specific rules of the game or event on which the bet is placed, in addition to these Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game or game provider's documentation on the platform.
9.2 A bet is final and binding once confirmed by the system. jijikk does not accept requests to amend or cancel confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by game-specific rules or where jijikk determines that a bet was accepted due to a manifest error.
Manifest Error
9.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on jijikk and are displayed within each game interface. jijikk reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits at its discretion, including in connection with risk management procedures.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jijikk and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
10.2 Where jijikk identifies a breach of this Section, it may, without prior notice, suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets, confiscate all funds in the account, and report the activity to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities as required under law.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jijikk platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.
12.3 The jijikk name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of jijikk. Use of any jijikk trademark without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
13.1 jijikk provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jijikk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13.2 jijikk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the platform; game outcomes; payment processing delays beyond jijikk's reasonable control; unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials; or disruption of services due to circumstances beyond jijikk's control.
13.3 jijikk's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jijikk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 jijikk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jijikk determines in its reasonable discretion that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your account activity presents a risk of fraud, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance; (c) you have provided false registration information; or (d) jijikk is required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
14.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your jijikk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure (subject to satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of applicable identity checks.
14.3 Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, jijikk reserves the right to withhold any balance within the account pending investigation, and to permanently ban the associated identity from future registration on jijikk.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and jijikk, you are encouraged to first contact jijikk's support team at [email protected] to seek resolution through internal escalation procedures. jijikk commits to responding to formal written complaints within five (5) business days.
15.3 Where internal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR under its applicable player complaint procedures. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in connection with any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
16.1 jijikk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address associated with their jijikk account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law, regulation, or PAGCOR direction.
16.2 The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always published on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of jijikk following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
